New Pattern! Fox/Kitsune! ^-^

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
I’ve always loved the stories about kitsune. Then again, that might be my own warped and mischievous sense of humor showing through. Hmmm. Maybe I’m part fox… ~-^

I made this little guy with three tails and he’s about 7” tall when he’s sitting down, perfect for cuddling in one hand! ^-^

Kitsune is the Japanese word for fox. In mythology they often show their mischievous side, though they’re just as often shown to be faithful guardians and friends. A kitsune may have up to nine tails, and the more tails it has, the older, wiser, and more powerful it is.

I'll post pics a little later. EDIT: Pics now up! \^-^/

Check it out on Etsy or Ravelry, where the pattern is already up and ready to go:

Me on Etsy, or on Ravelry.

If you don't have a preference and you want to buy a copy of the pattern, I'd love it if you'd go the Ravelry route (less fees over there).

Heeeeeere, fishy, fishy, fishy!

Fresh off the hook, Bettas!

These guys have all the eyecatching allure of a real Betta (fighting fish), but no cleaning smelly tanks! These guys are quite calm and will only fight if you want them to. They might nibble the occasional jellybean, but only when no one will notice them.

Dragon pattern now available...

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
Well, the pattern for my Asian Dragon from this post is typed and edited, prettied up with pictures, and is now sitting in my brand-new Etsy shop.

So now I have two dragons; the original and the new one I made while testing the pattern. They've been getting along so far without fighting, which is more than I can say about my cats. >_<

This is my first time posting on Etsy; please let me know if I did some sort of monumental flub-up?
